Redefined Mind is committed to making mental health care accessible and transparent. Below, you’ll find important information about our billing practices, accepted insurance plans, and payment policies. If you have any questions, I am happy to assist you.

In-Network Insurance Plans

​Please note: Plan acceptance may vary based on your individual policy and provider network. I strongly recommend confirming coverage with your insurance company before your first appointment.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to see us out-of-network coverage or submit receipts toward a deductible. Upon request, a superbill (an itemized receipt with CPT codes) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance plan for questions about your specific out of network coverage.

Self Pay Rates

  • Initial Evaluation: $300

  • Follow-Up Visit (Medication Management): $125

  • Therapy Sessions: $175

Billing & Payment Policies
  • Co-pays, deductibles, and all payments are due at the time of your appointment

  • We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payments

  • A valid payment method must be kept on file for all patients

  • You are responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens, things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a $150 fee, which is not covered by insurance.

Prior Authorizations & Referrals

Some insurance plans require prior authorization and/or a referral from your primary care provider. Please check with your insurance plan ahead of time to avoid any potential delays in care or unexpected charges.
